Am currently at 37 weeks and 4 days, my first child was born at 37 weeks and 2 days. Last night I had absolutely horrible heartburn, and have not felt it at all during this pregnancy. Have read on a couple of sites that it can be a sign of imminent labour. Has anyone else experienced it prior to labour?
