Newly pregnant - symptoms??

hi there- i am only 4 weeks pregnant and whilst we were trying this has come as a big shock as we fell straight away. this is my first pregnancy. have read a lot of threads on here but apologies if i am repeating myself.

Just wondered are these symptoms or am i reading too mcuh into things?? my skin has broken out particularly on my skin, feel really tired especially in the afternoon, my skin is itching like mad and getting some cramping down below. i also had some brown spotting on wiping yesterday but have read that this is normal- implantation bleeding.

i am a real worry wart and think i will be round the bed over the next couple of months. thanks x

Just to reassure you my face looks like an extra large pepperoni pizza at the mo so you're not alone, I was and still am absolutely shattered and I got lots of itches, mainly on my boobs and back area, I have cramps too, you haven't mentioned constipation and morning sickness yet, as long as the bleeding has stopped and you haven't got severe pain, congrats mummy xx

I'm a bit further on (12+4) but my face looks TERRIBLE at the mo. Spotty and horrid. And worst is that there's not much I can do. I was never a spotty person so this is definitely hormonally related!

My first indicator though was that my back was so so sore I could barely sit down for any length of time. It ached constantly. I was tired but it's only been in the last couple of weeks I've been properly exhausted!
