Ahem. Anyone using Evening Primrose Oil capsules?

I have a quick question. If you are using EPO capsules internally, do they disintegrate quite quickly or do you have to fish them out after so long? I tried one without thinking it through this morning and now can't find it I have a sweep booked in for tomorrow and am quietly dying inside at the thought of my MW coming across the capsule remnants.

Apparently they dissolve fully!

They dissolve fully, but you are better putting one in at bedtime as it needs to stay as close as possible to the cervix, and obviously if you are up and about gravity will limit that! Oh, and make sure to wear a pad, as some of the oil can leak out and stain your underwear. Good luck!
