Was just reading another thread where someone is having a section shortly. People were reminding her to get arnica.

What is arnica, what does it do, and what do you do with it?

I'm interested because i shall be having a section in the nearish future, don't want to miss out on anything!!Smile

It's a homeopathic remedy for bruising - probably available in health food shops. Can be a pill I think

It's more than for btuising.
If you fall over and hurt your knee - you will be

  1. in pain at the knee area
  2. upset from the fall

Thenpoint is arnic also deals with your emotional state.

Arnica can be bought at Boots an alike. You can also get childbirth strength from www.helios.org.uk

Arnica 200
You would need to take it a couple of days before the secion and then for a few days afterwards.

It is best to speak to a homeopath though a lot of people just take it.
