Hi, I had my whooping cough jab a week ago, but where I had the injection it is still red, swollen, blotchy and hot, is this normal?

mine was sore afterwards, for about a week. Now its ok.
Its the same jab they give the babies at 8 or 12wks - no wonder they cry after!!

It the jab they give as a booster before school, not the same as they give babies.
Babies get the five in one, for pre-school its a three-in-one.

Mine is still really red and seems to be spreading....

How do we know it is safe? I have been offered to have it....am petrified it is going to be one of those things that comes out as an apology and a big mistake /medical blunder in 10 years time.
