hi all im 18wks today and have been having period cramps for last 4 days. yesterday started having lots of pressure down below and a bit of tightening so i rung mw this morn who told me to take sample to gp today which i did and got call this eve from gp saying i water infection and i should go into hospital for iv antibiotics. i dont want to be admitted, i have 4 and 2 yr old at home but im worried that it could be dangerous for the baby if i dont go in. can anyone reassure me please that i will be ok on just oral antibiotics.
