Cold and cough help

37 weeks pregnant and have developed the most awful cough and cold. Have no voice left. Anyone know anything that can help?
All suggestions gratefully received, many thanks.

If your throat is sore, then paracetamol. Steam is supposed to be very good to help loosen everything up too.

Manuka honey v good to help soothe/heal throat.. You can buy über expensive stuff from health food shops, they also sell in aldi for much less
