post flu jab lump?

I got my flu jab on Tuesday and now have a small lump on my arm. It was bright red not particularly red now but is the lump something to be worried about? Am 36 +4.

Ive got a lump too, nearly a week on still there
Think it's fine personally haven't even thought to worry about it

I was told that I might get a lump on my arm after having my flu jab and that it was nothing to worry about
