Does anyone have a heightened sense of fear in their pregnancy?

When i get into bed every small creak or noise i think is someone breaking in! i have started putting the clothes horse against the back door so we hear that first!

if dd goes out with grandparents in their soft top car (dads mid life crisis) i am so worried about the roof ripping open and her being blown away!

the dreams are getting worse too, last night i dreamt my dh was stuck in the middle of the ocean and couldn't get home to me!

How many weeks are you? I've found in both pregnancies that the weird dreams are worst in the second trimester. Irrational fears, especially if they are all the time and you dwell on them, could be a sign of a pregnancy-related anxiety disorder so please do mention it to your midwife or GP, make sure you get lots of test, are eating properly and get lots of fresh air :)

Rest, not test!

Definitely having vivid and sometimes odd dreams - often about dh and I arguing, which isn't nice. Lots of dreams about labour too - I'm 38+6 so I guess that is on my mind! I think last night's dream involved some sort of spy chase - it was clear in my mind when I woke up but I am struggling to remember it now!

A few nights ago I moved to Morocco and my apartment was full of fish flapping around on the floor. Also involving some sort of spying but the details are a bit hazy!

Am 26 weeks, it is really odd. seems to be getting worse.

Dd has some how picked up the word dead and said to me that her sister died! freaked me out big time!
