Hi all,
I've been taking a prenatal multi-vitamin since TTC which contains folic acid. I'm about to run out but would like to continue taking a multi-vitamin but I was wondering whether I need to change to another?
i.e. I know folic acid is recommended from TTC til 12 weeks, but is there any reason I shouldn't taking it after 12 weeks.
It's not that I think I particularly need them, I just think they can't do any harm.
Any thoughts?
