I did a hard poo and I got some blood from my perineum yesterday and today it is quite sore. I know it is this and not piles. I had an episiotomy with DS 22 months ago. Does anyone have any advice on what may happen during labour this time, not due til March. Am I likely to tear if this happened whilst just doing a poo?! Has anyone given birth naturally following a previous episiotomy and can you tell me what happened? Thanks!
