Hi all!

Just wondering if i can eat eggy bread whilst pregnant?
DP said that I shouldn't, because te egg that gets soaked INTO the bread wont be cooked thoroughly enough?

Help??

Of course you can. Lion-marked eggs are very low risk anyway.

Oh god yes, you can cook it really well too if you want to so it will be well and truly ok...

Just make sure you hide from DH when you eat a runny boiled egg Shock or a piece of blue cheese Shock Shock !

OMG yes. We had French Toast and bacon at the weekend and it was lush. So so good. As long as it's properly fried and not gooey I think you're fine. Even with a bit of gooeyness I can't see an issue. :)

I ate eggy bread most days, with lots of ketchupGrin

Id say 2 eggs in a bowl with a little milk mix it about put a piece of bread into it, make sure its covered both sides and then put it in a frying pan till its cripsy!!
