Original and imaginative leaving/baby shower gift

My friend is leaving work to have her baby and we are organising a baby shower/leaving do on Friday night.
We need some really original ideas for a gift for her- she's very organised and has all the essentials sorted out. She has just had her birthday and we bought her a pamper day at a spa. Also, we work in a shop which sells lots of beautiful baby gifts (toys, baby books, keepsake boxes etc) so we need something that we don't already stock and will be a complete surprise. She doesn't know whether its a boy or a girl either.
We really need some different ideas please!

My workmates got me a sanctuary spa gift set [which would have been lovely but we don't have a bath tub [just a shower] my friends clubbed together and bought me a food shop with lots of quick and easy one handed meals [for when you are snuggling a baby and can only operate a fork] which was bliss. They'd checked with DH that we had some freezer space. I'd prepared a handful of extra meals, but nowhere near enough. It was a lovely gift and much appreciated.

Does she have a baby gym? - one of those colourful soft mats with bars that go over the top with dangly animals and rattles attached to it? You can always personalise it by getting separate little toys or ribbons to tie onto it. Would make a nice present I think. x
