You'll cope, it'll be fine :)
DS was a total surprise, DP and I weren't even together! We'd known each other years but lived in different countries at the time. DP moved countries and effectively made himself jobless to come be with us, we had no idea how it would work out.
It's worked out fine, and we have another on the way now :) (Planned this time, before you ask!)
My top tip for finances (although you're a long way off that now!) is to ask if you can have a mortgage holiday, if you have a mortgage, when you are on maternity. It took a lot of pressure off for us.
You can get carried away buying loads of stuff, but for the first 6 months at least, the only major things a the baby really needs is you (if you breastfeed), somewhere to sleep (possibly your bed even) and a means of transportation. The rest (bar nappies and basic clothes) is all lovely, but optional extras really IMO.
Lots of people take ibuprofen before they realise. I don't know why it's not recommended but it certainly can't be a terrible poison or we'd know about it! Do mention to your Dr if you're worried, but I'm sure it's fine, just don't take any more!
