Itchy skin and rash - 32weeks pregnant

Hiya just wondering if this is normal. Last night under my breasts I noticed a rash which kinda looked like a heat rash but it was very itchy. This rash has not gone away and it is extremely itchy to the point I can't stop scratching, esp on my right side left isn't as bad. The rash and itch is now around my groin/pelvic area and at the top of my thigh again extremely itchy. I was wondering if this is normal as I can't remember this during my last pregnancy :( any advice is greatly appreciated :)

might not be pregnancy related, but these things can more more severe in pregnancy. I would definitely get an emergency appointment with the doctor in the morning. If the rash spreads to your face / lips and / or starts to swell you need to go to a&e.

It does sound like it's happening in areas that get a bit sweaty. have you been unusually hot today? Or used a new washing detergent?

Thanks for replying not been hot today not changed soap powder but was in a hot bath last night, not sure if that's what's brought this on....will keep an eye on it if it gets worse will call doc thanks

I had this over my bump. Iirc, skin stretching causes inflammation in the tissue and a rash. Does this look familiar? I got it when my bump suddenly got bigger. I would contact your mw/gp any way just to make sure.
