Ok so I'm 11 weeks this friday coming.
Iv had miscarrages before, but iv never been this far along.
Is it normal for me to have bad tummy cramps, I'm litrally bent over in pain for about 30 second. Then I'm going toilet or farting (sorry :()
Is this normal wind,
Google says this could be the start of a miscarrage, although I hate "dr" google.
I have my 11-13 week scan friday, but I need some advice if other people have had this?

So sorry to hear that. Have you called the mid wife -can you go to early pregnancy clinic? Hope all turns out ok for not.

Fwiw my friend had such terriblee wind when pg she said it was worse than labour. But wise to get some professiona l advice?

Well my midwife is based at my doctors and iv called her like 1000 times, I'm proberly not even over reacting lol.
And the epu near me shuts at half 4, I called them and they said I can go in tommrow, yet I can't as I have college.

I havnt bled, or had any change downstairs, I just don't think I could cope losing another buba.

Ok love, stay calm, and DON'T google- Dr Google is not your friend! Screw college, go to EPU tomorrow. College will understand and pregnancy appointments are a legal right regardless. But do it to put your mind at rest- the most appalling wind is absolutely normal in pregnancy (the hormones make your bowels go completely haywire). There is no reason to think there is a problem.

If you've had miscarriages before speak to your midwife about specialist services for women who are preg. after m/c. They do exist and they exist because the NHS recognises that women are more vulnerable after M/C and need more support.

If the pain is relieved by going to the loo or farting, it sounds very much like wind to me. Hope all goes well at the EPU tomorrow.

Iv had horrendous pains since 5 weeks im now 22 ! Keep strong x

You could have a urine infection, take a sample and get it tested,
I had one at 25 weeks I honestly thought I was going into labour!

If the pain is relieved by farting, then I'd say it could very well be wind. Kneeling/crouching on your knees and arms so you bum is highest helps.

If its any consolation I had that a and my ds is now 2 years old. I ended up with windeze capsules not that they did much good and the bottles of lactulose consumed was something else. Now that stuff does make you fart but anything to get revenge on dp it does sound like wind and can be terribly painful.
