16wk midwife apt

I'm 13wks and have had my 20wk scan date through the post and I was just wondering of you get sent your 16wk midwife apt or do you ring them to make it yourself?

I have to make my 16 wk appt myself.

My MW always made my next appointment before I left the previous one. But I always saw the same MW so that might be why.

Will ring her then, they just never said and I guess because you get scans through the post they would send one but haven't heard anything yet

Mine's at the GP surgery and I make it myself. Not sure what happens if your MW is based at the hospital though.
