Sore bump at 28 weeks

Last night I (TMI) spent a good while on the toilet and it was very loose My bump then went very hard and a sore spot developed on my left hand side. I had a bath but got out as I felt really nauseous and was having stomach cramps.

This morning I feel better but my bump stilll hurts and is solid. Is this normal? Have I maybe pulled something on the toilet or was it maybe just the last of my stomach muscles giving up the ghost?

I think it's more to do with your stomach/muscles than anything going on with the bump. I'm at the same stage as you (pg2) and occasionally feel v sensitive on the right side of my bump but I think it's my digestion playing up. hth
