Hot burning flesh like sunburn....

A couple of times now i've come out with red skin rashes (looks and feels like sun burn), last time was on my face and down my arms. This time its on my legs. Has anyone had this happen to them? Should I be worried?

I don't feel ill and it will probably be gone by the morning, by which time a doc won't be able to advise. I've Googled it (as ya do) and can't see anything relating. Any suggestions?

It sounds a little like an oestrogen surge... but you really need to get it checked out by a Dr (especially if you do start to feel unwell)

Thankyou, didn't know about oestrogen surges. Will look into it. Will definitely get checked out if it continues.
