Hi,

Driving myself crazy worrying today , bubs has been very wriggley over the past 2-3 weeks, but in the last 2 days I've not really felt a lot :0( is it normal at 18 weeks ? I wasn't really expecting to feel regular movements just yet but now I have I kind of got used to them! Anyone had this ? X

I think this is very normal. I wasn't even feeling kicks at 18 weeks with ds2. It's not until about 24 weeksish that kicks should be regular and not until 28 weeks that they should be monitored. I'm sure all is fine. Try not to worry.

Most women feel nothing at 18 weeks and it's still at that stage where the baby can tuck away in your pelvis or behind the placenta. You don't expect regular patterns of movement which you can count and rely upon until 28 weeks.
