Did anyone else get really crap scan pics?

I want to guess the gender but its impossible. The pics are so crap.

And Im feeling really ill. DP and DD have a bug. Now I have it :(

Mine have stayed in their envelope. I don't know why but they seem to delight in giving me full face ones which look like some kind of scary skeleton thing, staring at me (she said how sweet it was, I just mumbled 'lovely') and one of each foot. Separately. I know it has got feet.

Profile shots seem to be far nicer - I had a 12 week profile which is ok.

Ooh that makes me feel lucky then. At my local hospital when you have a scan there is a specially mounted screen on the wall at the end of the bed so you get your own view as the midwife looks at the same time on her own screen.

My 20 week scan is (apparently) of her face, but she looks like an alien! I really can't make it out, it looks like she has huge black holes for eyes and a moustache. I don't even know if the black holes are where her eyes are, I suppose they could be cheeks or even ears. And the moustache, I think, is possibly teeth in her gums because its white like bone. Goodness knows!

My 12 week scan is really clear, I posted it on another forum asking for gender guesses and everyone got it right!

Last saturday we had a private gender scan and they aren't as clear, on one of them she looks like she has got a dogs snout, lol, it's really long, she did print off the one of her 'bits' though and there's definitely no willy there, it'll be a nice photo to show her boyfriends in 20 years time

aww hun, my scan was absolutely rubbish, and the sonographer was really rude, she took the picture from the back of the baby and when i said cant you get a better picture she said its a fetus it isnt going to pose you know and she never spoke hardly through the scan as other sonographers do explaining what their looking at, my scan from 6 years previous was clearer. any way i had to see the consultant strait after her and i spoke to her and told her what happened, she knew who i was talking about strait away because other people had complained about it. also on the green leaflet your given it said technically difficult scan due to body habitat. i dont know what that was supposed to mean
