Hi, I'm 30 weeks and 5 days. For the last while I've been in pain after sex. Cramping around my bump, which I expect and assume is Braxton Hicks. But also I'm getting lower back pain, pain in my bum cheeks Hmm, and shooting pains down my thighs. I'm not sure what my question is, I guess, is this normal? How can I stop it? If at all. This is my dc2 and with dc1 I got shooting pain down my legs during labour. Is there any way I can prevent this happening again? It is horrible!

It depends on how you're doing it Blush you might just need to find a new position Grin

Thanks Grin. I don't think it is that though, I mean it was just spooning...seems the easiest option right now!

iv also found this from around 28 week. also ( i know tmi) when i orgasm the bump goes like really really hard like a big contraction. and i have had the shooting pains i'm starting to wonder if that's due to spd iv got. cant give a resolution tho but if weve both got it maybe it is normal -i hope- Grin
