Due date today and just had bloody show!

Hi all, today is my due date with baby number 1. Had a sweep yesterday and had some bleeding after "post trauma". Sleepless night last night up weeing loads but nothing else happening (wishful thinking)! This afternoon I have had quite a bit of bloody discharge/ mucus. Currently bouncing and rotating my pelvis on my ball. Hoping to get some contractions soon but are it might be a while still yet. I am having tightenings but they feel like a cross between the baby moving and Braxton hicks.

Has anyone given birth/ had labour start within 24 hours of bloody show?

I also had a sweep yesterday, and bled quite a bit after, And i think i had a show this morning too. Pretty much the same as you, a few tightenings/baby movings. But nothing thats making me think labour is iminent.

Induction booked for Monday for me.
