Natal hypnotherapy

Can anyone suggest a good and relatively inexpensive natal hypnotherapy cd?
Also i only have 2 weeks left (or possibly more I suppose!) so in your experience would it be effective in this time?

I used the Maggie Howell Homebirth one.

I was super relaxed in the last few weeks of pregnancy and remember clearly clinging on to the TV unit in labour thinking 'this fucking hypnowoman has obviously never given birth now where is the fucking entonox?

To be fair, for me, it did nothing for the pain but I was more focussed than I had been first time round.
