pregnant 6 months after 2nd c-section :-/

i'm very scared i'm a few weeks pregnant only 6 months after my 2 nd c/s my first was with twins in dec 09.
i'm worried about the close gap and how my pregnancy will be and also how i'm going to cope with 4 children under 4

och, you'll be fine. Ladies cope, do you have family, good friends? i imagine you'll need a good support network around you.
Congratulations! I imagine it'll feel a bit 'easier' when the news sinks in a bit more.
You won't need to buy much stuff!!

aww hun. you'll be fine. i am preg with my 4th mine will be 5 and under. you'll just have to grit your teeth and get on with it. best advice i could give you is get a solid routine that you can stick to. you probably know that already with twins. congrats and good luck
