owwww. What the blooming heck ?!

i am 21 weeks with child 3, recent scans show baby is growing well and no problems , however , 3 days ago i started getting niggly pains , like trapped wind but comes and goes, pressure like i need the loo and lower back pain and just genral pain and pressure, also had red and pink spotting , went to labor ward, cervix normal heart rate fine etc so sent home . 2 days later still the same , pressure makes me want to sit on the loo and i am so unconfertable !!! any ideas ?

Could it be a urine infection? I'd go to the doctor, especially if your so uncomfortable, it could be something really simple to fix.

No urine infection, had dip test and was fine
