I only got my bfp yesterday so I'm about 2 weeks since conception so 4 weeks pregnant. Should I be feeling nauseous yet? Was really ill with DC1 so was expecting the same this time round.

When did your sickness start?

Nausea started at 4 weeks for me, peaked at about 7 weeks and still going strong 11+3.

snickers251 · 20/09/2012 18:12

I had nothing with ds part from a bit sleepy, this pg full on sickness with nasty migranes :(

ditsydoll · 20/09/2012 18:17

I was really sick first time around and it was a nightmare it started at around 4 weeks and lasted right through. Not feeling the same this time around so I was a little concerned that it wasn't normal..

mine hasn't started yet and hopefully now won't. i am 14+5

ditsydoll · 20/09/2012 18:20

It would be great if I didn't have to endure the morning sickness this time around but just don't 'feel pregnant' like I did last time.

Started, with gusto and out of nowhere, at 6 weeks. Abating now (12 wks)

Nicky1306 · 20/09/2012 18:50

With dd about 6-7 weeks, and I was sick sick sick Envy until 20-ish weeks, nothing with this one so far and I'm 17 weeks Grin

HoratiaWinwood · 20/09/2012 18:53

6-18w
7-11w (mc)
6-22w

I have a very strong diaphragm after all that puking. And if I had a pound for everyone who said "oh you're past 12w now, it should stop soon"...

NervousAt20 · 20/09/2012 18:54

Mine started about 7 weeks

WillYouDoTheFandango · 20/09/2012 18:55

dtb · 20/09/2012 19:00

CountryKitty · 20/09/2012 19:01

DD's 1&2 absolutely none.

DD3 (I'm now 22 weeks) the sickness started at 7 weeks peaking between 11 & 13 and finally cleared at 16.5 weeks.

ditsydoll · 20/09/2012 19:16

Oh I'm so glad they not everyone had morning sickness really early on. Iv had a real urge to pee a lot which I suppose is a sign of pregnancy but that's all iv had so far besides the positive test obviously.

1st preg: 11 weeks, continued til birth
2nd preg: about 6-7 weeks til about 18 weeks and slowly tailed off.

dontcarehow · 21/09/2012 08:54

I was wondering where the sickness was at about 4 weeks, and almost felt cheated that I felt so normal. Then at 5 weeks I was cursing myself. It came on really quickly, so it could be any time now... unless you're one of the lucky ones!

PeshwariNaan · 21/09/2012 09:00

About 6 weeks exactly. I had eaten some cake and felt extremely nauseated afterwards. It was to be a longstanding intolerance of any sugar (until about 17 weeks, and even now I have to be careful!).

RightUpMyRue · 21/09/2012 09:33

Around 6 weeks but seems to be easing off now at 12 weeks. Still having some pukey feelings but it's not constant anymore.

HoratiaWinwood · 21/09/2012 10:24

I remember it starting with DS1 - it was a Sunday, DH was away, and I vomited thirteen times in under an hour. I even asked my birth club how bad it had to be before I should call 999 Blush

Second time round it was linked to my blood sugar. As long as it didn't get too low I was fine. So I ate a lot and am still losing the extra weight nearly eighteen months!

javotte · 21/09/2012 12:09

For DS and DD1 it started at around 6-7 weeks.
This time I was horribly sick from the 3rd week Angry

Paradisefound · 21/09/2012 12:31

Started at week 5, in the middle of the night.

ditsydoll · 21/09/2012 13:02

Ughh I spoke to soon! Havnt been sick yet but feeling nauseous now..

VickyU · 21/09/2012 17:01

Started at 6 weeks, peaked weeks 8-11, and then went away as suddenly as it started at 16.5 weeks. Am now 19+1 so I giess it could feasibly return but fingers crossed....

voscar · 21/09/2012 21:16

Started about 6 weeks and was still throwing up on the operating table as they waited on me finishing do that they could carry out my
