33 wks pregnant and having a boy - have spent many an hour thinking of a name i like and have finally come with up with:

Tom
Alfie
Charlie

Yes i know their shortened versions etc etc but thats what dh and I wanted - the middle name will be William.

Your thoughts please............................................................................................

just in case you are ammenable to spanners - have you considered Tam? I love this name - think it's the Scottish version of Tom

Charlie. Like someone below mentioned, i really like Tam, I knew a little Tam when ds was at playschool and it really suited him.

Charles William (if Charles is an option)... although you might risk people thinking it's a Windsor thing.

For what you will call him, Charlie is deffo deffo deffo my favourite. My Grandpa's name was Charles and I considered it for DS, but Charlie rhymes with my surname. And I HATE ryming first names and surnames. So, had to name him something else.

The other too are too 'of the moment' and Thomas/Tom is timeless and, as Lockets says, works for all ages. I have a Tom and I love the name.
