The other day I got off tube and as I walked
up stairs also reading my phone messages I felt dizzy and couldn't walk straight for a moment. I stopped and tool breaths of air and lent on wall. Just as I was working out which passer by to ask for help I felt better. Been fine since.

Midwife appt tomorrow - I should mention this right?

Short answer yes. It's prob nothing to worry about but tell her anyway, that's what she's there for!

Yes mention it, went through a phase of dizziness with second pregnany, was slightly lowered blood pressure. Happened mainly when I stood up and was told to give myself a moment before moving. It did pass.

Hey wildpoppy, I am 26wks pregnant and had a turn y'day where I fainted. I had been feeling really short of breath beforehand, went to the dr's today and everything was fine with blood pressure etc. I've been having quite a stressful time recently and he thinks it may have been a panic attack. Obviously don't know how life/work is treating u but if ur iron levels are fine then it might be worth considering whether you are feeling anxious.
