Lots of wriggling - need to worry?

I am having my baby number 1 via c-section next Tuesday.

Yesterday I woke up with flu/bad cold and am feeling terrible. I have had a temp but have been taking paracetamol.

Baby is A LOT more active than normal. Is this a concern? Could it be because I am unwell? Could he be distressed?

If I were you I would give your maternity helpline a call. If you are nearly at due date (assuming you are if C-sec next week) and baby hasn't been anything like this active for the whole pregnancy I would be checking with them. Good luck and hope everything is ok.
