Rash

I'm hoping someone here will know what this is.

I'm 6wks pg tomorrow and for the past week have had a terrible cold, I'm breathless to the point where I have to keep sitting down, really tired and now I've noticed a raised rash on my arms. It's not red, sore or itchy, just there. I don't have a fever either. Any ideas?
