Has this happened to anyone else? Or is it just me? :(

On top of that, my bladder is empty but keeps telling my brain it is full. V annoying, especially at night.

Could you have an water infection, they can make you quite sick and give you urgency feelings?

(I am 13 weeks and have thrown up for the first times in the last couple of days, so I think it is one of those things that can just strike!)

Are you hungry maybe?

Dehydrated?

Maybe baby is moving position?

I'm 33 weeks with third and he literally wakes me up kicking at times, it's so uncomfortable-painful even at times.

Might be coincidence but this week I've really lost my appetite. Maybe the hormones have dropped/raised so we feel different?

Good luck!

Dehydrated is a good call. Will drink lots of water and see if that helps. On the plus side, at least my bladder will actually be full!!

Will also check out the possibility of infection.

Thank you for the replies - good luck to you both, as well!

Agree, I felt like this at the end of one pregnancy and it became a raging urinary infection.

This happened to me too. From about 34 weeks, I wondered if the baby was putting pressure on my stomach? Eating v small amounts helped, as did the acupressure bands that you get for travel sickness. Hope it's a short phase for you, good luck with the rest of your pregnancy.

I started to feel sick again at around 30 weeks. Not as bad as first trimester, but not great. 36w tomorrow and slightly better, but v v nauseous if I allow myself to get hungry, and a bit nauseous if I am too full! Happy does exist, but only briefly!

Also need to loo a lot - my brain thinks I am ful, and then I pee all of about 5ml. Boring!

catwoman101 · 14/09/2012 22:47

Meant happy MEDIUM does exist. D'oh.

Both for me, for last few weeks, spoke to midwife who said it's common. The sickness is usually from pressure on the stomach, and as the baby starts to engage it feels like your bladder is full.

33 weeks here and yep sickness returned a few days ago....joke isnt it ?

LittleBlackDress · 15/09/2012 20:17

No fun, but I am strangely comforted that it isn't just me!
