Swollen Hands and Feet

Hi,
I'm currently 33+2 and over the past week have noticed that my hands and feet are gradually becoming more swollen each day. Disappears over night but each day I feel them getting puffy and the skin getting tight, as well as shoes getting uncomfortably snug! Its not horrendous, more irritating than anything else
Realise that this is pretty common but just wondered at what point does go from an annoying pregnancy symptom to something I should be concerned about?
Also has anyone got any tips for alleaviating it? particularly for whilst I am sat at my desk at work!
Thanks

as ever always best to call MW or book yourself in with docs to check BP and urine in case of pre eclampsia or could be water retention, every time i see a medic they ask me if any swelling....

docs are usually quite good at seeing pregnant ladies quickly too. always best to be on safe side

I would definitely call your MW as it is a sign of pre eclampsia. Probably not what you have but do get it checked out SOON just in case.
