Symptoms have disappeared?!

I'm 7+6 and for the past few weeks have been really sick and had large sore boobs.
I've woken up today and all symptons have disappeared. I'm very very worried. Any advice? Xxx

My symptoms used to come and go while in the first trimester. I'd assume nothing to worry about, but if you are concerned call your early pregnancy unit at the hospital and have a chat with them :)

I'm 10+3 and my symptoms disappeared at about 7 weeks. I got a few days off feeling pregnant and went into a silent panic about it. Then at about 8 weeks it all came back, worse. Now I feel fine again. I asked my MW and she said it was completely normal and to enjoy those few moments of normality.
