Hello just found out I am preggers for 2nd time am only 4 weeks but have been having a lot of pains/cramps over the last few days. Is this normal as I had nothing like this last time?

The day before I got my first ever positive test I had really bad cramps, felt like period pain but obviously wasn't. The cause of those cramps is currently sat on Daddy's lap watching Thomas & Friends.

This time round I didn't have any cramps, each time seems to be different.
