Anyone else had a reprieve for a few weeks and the sickness came back? Mine stopped 20 weeks and it back at 26. Any tips?

Its the pits isnt it?

Like the worst kind of torture. Give me a kick any time, i can handle that. But to feel sick, nauseous all day.... its evil!! WHYYY MEEEE??????

I started a thread a few days ago about morning sickness, great tips.

For me, I have been on the sofa with a hot water bottle all day, Poor DS1, he has had to watch Cbeebies all morning! I physically cannot do anything. I dont even know what to have for lunch...yes indeed poor me!

I had it really badly for the first 14 weeks then mostly went away but it does come back if I overdo it - am 25 weeks now and I had to spend the day yesterday basically doing nothing as I was feeling so bad over the weekend again - that seems to have helped me so maybe you can try and take a lot of rest and hopefully it will sort itself out. I've found that it's a lot more related to what I'm doing now than it was at the beginning (when it was just relentless and all day no matter how much or little I did!) ... fingers crossed you feel better - it's horrible but at least it will end in about 14 weeks!

I had it really badly throughout the first trimester, then had a few weeks reprieve...then it came back. Sorry to say I am now 38 weeks & it never abated again.

Mind you, the few weeks was bliss, I didn't get that with first pregnancy, was sick all the way through.
