I'd like to hear the answers on this one too.

I started on the Clipper raspberry leaf tea last week, at 32+0, and am currently having one cup a night.
Am planning on increasing this from around 36 weeks.

the tea did nothing much for me, so I took the tablets from 35 weeks with both births, they were much more effective

combined with regular walking twice a day plus the tablets, I felt energised and capable!??? if that makes sense!

not sure if coincidence or not, but I had 2 drug free fast labours ( no time for drugs, else I would have taken them!!, I did take paracetamol/codeine tho)

so yes, I fully recommend the tablets, I think they prevented me going overdue with both babies born on or a week before their due dates

I started at 35w, one cup a day. Then two cups a day at 36w. Will increase to three cups at 37w, and so on. Did similar with my last pregnancy, but there's really no way of knowing if it did anything as a) DD was back to back so that stalled everything anyway and b) I have no way of knowing how long labour would have been if I hadn't had the RLT.

i can just fully recommend as much walking each day as possible, to keep the blood flow going and to keep head of bub moving down

i mean walking in short manageable bursts, not long hikes, but keeping upright, keeping hydrated with plenty of water also
