Bumb dropped at 31+3 weeks

Not sure if this has any significance and i was hoping that others may have had similar and can share their experience?

I've been measuring big for a while and I?m coming up 2 weeks ahead but this last week my bump seems to have dropped really low. My bladder is about the size of a pea now too. midwife has said that baby is head down and I?ve been getting shooting pains down below, everyone seams convinced I?m going to be early.

has anyone else dropped this early and had baba early or on time?

My bump was very low with DS.

He was born at 40+1 (my dates, 40+11 hospital dates) and was low simply because he was bloody enormous.

My bump with DD dropped at about 36w IIRC, she was born at 40+16!

My bump dropped at about 36 weeks and I'm having a big baby too. The doc I saw told me it doesn't mean she's coming early (def not what I wanted to hear!) I'm doing everything I can to get this baby moving and nothing seems to be shifting her.

DS was fully engaged by 32 weeks, born on his due date. Was predicted to be big but was just over 8lbs so only really around average size I think :)
