spicy food causing vomiting?

Hi All,

I was very sick in the middle of the night, I haven't really suffered with much MS and this was very different. I went to bed with heartburn and an hour later woke up and threw up tonnes of bile. is this normal? does this mean if I have heartburn I shouldn't go to bed without dealing with it? Never had HB before :( now at 12/13 weeks it seems to be becoming my new thing!

Yup sounds like heartburn to me :( sleep semi propped up, minimise trigger foods (like spice or acid), invest in rennies\gavisxon and don't eat too late at night would be my best bets. All the best :)
