Pregnancy yoga classes in my area are £8-10 a session Shock

Is it worth doing or should i just get a DVD (or not bother)?

In my class people joined all the way up to term, I would say there's still value in it, definitely.

I don't think yoga actually improved my birth, but it did give lots of tips about babies.

I think the biggest bonus was meeting people so when you go to babies groups you don't walk into a room of strangers.

Yes definitely worth it for me. You must live outside London as £8 is pretty reasonable!

It helped massively with back pain and we went through breathing and pelvic floor excersises.

I haven't given birth yet but I hope the breathing comes in handy!
