Pirinase nasal spray (hayfever - argh)

My hayfever has kicked off with vengeance this weekend (wtf? It's September... My hayfever is usually done by early July). It's beginning to drive me insane and is making me particularly woolly-headed, which is unhelpful as I have a massive work deadline looming, so need to be getting stuff done. Not sitting around in a stuffy-nosed, itchy-eyed, scratchy-throated haze.

I know I can't take clarityn, but does anyone know if Pirinase (used to be called Flixonase) nasal spray is safe? It's a steroid spray. I've found some places online that say it is, but the info on the Pirinase website says check with doctor before taking if pregnant (which obvs I can't do right now as it's a Sunday).

I found one the says it is safe in pregnancy (I'm suffering too!). It's called Prevalin and I got it from Boots. Cost a tender though! I read somewhere steroid ones are safe but I opted for this one becaus did specifically said it was safe.

My doctor prescribed me Nasobec Aqueous nasal spray. It contains beclometasone dipropionate if that's any help? I wouldn't say it's as good as antihistamine tablets but helps with the sneezing/ congestion. She also prescribed me some eye drops but I can't find them at the mo to tell you what they are.
If you ask a pharmacist what you can use in pregnancy they'll probably insist you have to see your GP, so don't mention it if you want to buy something off the shelf.

I use prevalin and it's really worked for me.
