40+2 here, so not drastic, but I didn't know it was possible to feel this rubbish without actually being ill!!! Baby has also decided to ramp up the moving around and to push and shove to try to make more room in there - uh, if you're finding it a little cramped, perhaps you'd like to join us in the big wide world?!!!!
