Hi all, im 41+3 days pregnant and had a sweep with the midwife this morning. since then i have been having tightenings and mild period like cramps and also constant lower back ache, which gets a twinge during a tightening. i was wondering if this might be the start of labour? or if its just braxton hicks? the pains havent increased in intensity but have staying fairly regular at around 10 -15 min intervals. any opinions would be great please!!!
