I'm 31 weeks pregnant and have awful heartburn/indigestion - are Rennie's ok to take?

Yes and Gavisvon. See your GP, you can get safe heartburn remedies on prescription.
I've endured 3 heartburn-hell pregnancies and still find half eaten packs of rennies everywhere

Gaviscon is way better - I get two pint-bottles on prescription at a time and swig it straight from the bottle.

Try milk until you can get the gaviscon and try and get the longer faster acting one. You have a lovely choice of aniseed or peppermint flavour. Yak, but it works.

Gaviscon makes me wretch, Rennies do just the job and are perfectly fine :)

Zantac is safe in pregnancy and works the best but shud be prescribed by a doctor
