Come on in for a moan

There was a moaning thread - there were several I think - but I went back quite a few pages and can't see them. So a new one to come and moan, stamp feet, scream and scream, eat worms, whatever!

I'm very hot and bothered
I'm only 34 weeks and suddenly, inexplicably impatient for labour to start (WTF?)
People at work have made me cry
I hate work
I am so tired I have cried
It's hot
I have to go to the shop but it's uphill, hot and I am tired
I HATE YOU, WORK
My tailbone hurts
Stupid people at stupid work are stupid
The midwife was meaning to be reassuring today when she said "you're only 34 weeks, you're not going into labour anytime soon" but I wanted to cry with agonising jealousy at all the women who are
I now walk like I am crippled in my back or something
I'm hot
My back hurts

WOW - biggest moan I've ever had, I think!

SPD is agonising, but I would rather be bored at work than at home.
Sick of stupid drivers calling up with stupid queries relating to their stupid cars.
Sick of the fact husband sleeps soundly through the night when I am lying awake in agony after moving a measly inch and he doesn't even remember me throwing pillows at him in the night to wake him up.
Can't reach my fanjo anymore and shaving / waxing my legs is a struggle, I want to feel feminine not like some sort of cave like beast with a forrest growing down there.
Tried to remove above hair with VEET... however got bored of sitting around and left it on too long... Resulting in burnt fanjo.
All I want to do is eat chocolate and ice-cream... if I hear one more person at work comment on this I will punch them in the face and I will enjoy doing so... I am all bump and have put zero weight on elsewhere... If they comment on this fact either I will trip them up as they walk away from my desk (I hear it all the time... bla bla bla)
Other pregnant girl from work just walked in at 24 weeks with her perfect bump in her perfect fitting clothes.. Grrrr...
None of my beautiful clothes fit anymore... Maternity ones are ok but I want to wear my lovely clothes!
I am due to be a godmother in 2 weeks and have nothing to wear that looks nice...

Rant over...

Have fun people

Natty embrace the 70s porn star look. It's the only way Grin

I am measuring 34cm at 28 weeks. I may not be quite so Angry when people tell me how big I am now. Got to go for a scan to investigate why please not a ten pounder

Orenishii · 08/09/2012 13:15

For all those measuring big - I did some reading online and apparently, you can comfortably be a few cm either side of your weeks and it's all OK. It might even just be fluid! Let us rejoice in the possibility of not having gigantic babies!

It's 28 degrees here in s.e. London :(
I'm eating raw garlic to lower my blood pressure and it's gross - I love garlic but raw is just a step too far.
My cat keeps bringing frogs in so I can't cool the flat down by opening the door
The carpet cleaners are coming tomorrow and I am incapable of preparing because everything is too heavy
My nesting urges far exceed my physical capabilities
Did I meantion it's TWENTY BLOODY EIGHT DEGREES??

Wah :(

Im going for the 70's lady garden look too. Ill Veet my bum beard cos i can reach that and I hate it. Blush

crackcrackcrak · 08/09/2012 13:21

Can I join? I has to take early mat leave. Some days everything feels like a massive struggle. Otoh dd is happy I am at home and I can line dry washing. House is bloody tip though because we are here!

Orenishii · 08/09/2012 13:21

HAHAHA Bum beard Grin

DH keeps going on about "cutting down the jungle foliage" so he can help with perineal massages...

crackcrackcrack I hear ya about everything being a struggle. I had in no way appreciated what heavily pregnant women would say about moving around, aches and pains, being so uncomfortable etc. But oh do I know about it now!

40+2. Amazingly tired; feel unbelievably awful every time I stand up/walk anywhere. Baby break dancing in tummy in every direction and it hurts (happy he's moving but really???). Hot. Frustrated. Wish he'd come.

Then there's labour with DH who refused to do any of the antenatal stuff so hasn't got a clue. MIL was going to come but she's ill and likely will still be even if baby ends up being induced at 41+5. DM has dementia so isn't exactly any use either. So that'll be fun (NOT!). Really hope nothing goes wrong cos it won't be fun with just DH there. He'll be about as much use as a chocolate teapot!

FirstTimeMumma · 08/09/2012 20:22

I'll join!

Had constant diarreah for two solid weeks now and my bum hurts like feckkkkEnvy!!!

Fed up hearing its my 'body preparing for labour' .. My arse(literally), its been two weeks! I want a normal bowel movement or to be able to sit through the length of a programme without having to pause!

Im sick of fake friends commenting on how excited they are for LO to arrive! EH??? I have not heard from you for 9 months!!!!

My ex insists on making all his mates/family think hes the perfect daddy to be when he has done FUCK ALL through this full pregnancy and continues to lie compulsively about how all he does is work and doesn't have a life... YOU ARE OUT EVERY WEEKEND AND I SEE YOU SPEAKING TO FRIENDS ABOUT HANGOVERS/ARRANGING EVEN MORE PLANS YOU TOOOOL!

Argh, i know this sounds ungrateful but i am also sick of DG's knitting, have a full drawer of multicoloured cardigans which the majority of will not be used, yet after explaining i have too much she insists that i NEED them and shes not stopping regardless.

Did i mention i am sick of the sight of my bathroom????

Ps my tummy hurts so bad Sad but again, its that time of pregnancy when you must suck it up and deal with it.

Breatheeee Smile 11 days till due date!!!

CaptainHetty · 08/09/2012 20:52

I spent over an hour last night having uncomfortable braxton hicks, never amounts to any more than that though, it's frustrating...

DoodleBugBee · 09/09/2012 08:15

DH just picked a fight with me about Christmas. Give me strength.

aamia · 09/09/2012 08:30

I broke DH's mobile phone yesterday evening - oops! Screen's had it. I guess that gives me something to do on Monday! He was standing playing games on it while I rugged up my horse. If he'd been helping instead it never would have happened. Oops lol.

StaceymReadyForNumber3 · 09/09/2012 08:42

Can I rant?! 26 weeks and woke up at 1.30 am didn't get back to sleep until 6.30 am and was awake by 8! Give me bloody strength! With LO doing somersaults and the awful heartburn I would just like to fast forward until Xmas.

Have to go see DHs family today for them to comment on how huge I am compared to SIL (who is 15 weeks)! And DH wants me to go shipping when we need nothing for baby and shopping makes me go all fuzzy and dizzy!

I'm having to work up till my due date with no maternity leave( although hoping to cut hours for a but after LO arrives). And it's killing my back sitting at my desk!

DH has yet to dig out my ball thing to bounce on and I can't reach in the cupboard under the stairs anymore!

Thankfully school run takes 2 minutes and my life is 100x easier with both kids at school all day (and they're at their dads this weekend) so I'm resting right now!

So, who wants to cook me dinner?
