Timing of SPD onset in viable pgs and mmcs

Sorry, cryptic subject. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same situation or has been. I have a DD (4) and had SPD / PGP with her from about mid pregnancy. Never got that bad but it was pretty painful.

Last year I miscarried at 12+1, mmc, blighted ovum. I had SPD type pains from about week 9. I'm now 8+4 and getting the same twinges again. It's really getting me down because I can't be sure whether it's the SPD / PGP, or whether it's a sign that things are not going well and my body's getting ready to mc again. That probably sounds irrational, but to be having the same pains at the same time, and knowing how the last one turned out is really hard.

Has anyone else had a previous mc with SPD onset? Can you tell me whether it came on at the same time for successful pregnancies and mcs? Just wanting reassurance that it is SPD (never thought I'd type that!) and not the beginning of another nightmare. Thanks all.

First pregnancy, 34 weeks. 2nd pregnancy 9 weeks. This pregnancy, not so far, I'm 17 weeks. All 3 are viable. I think I got it early with my second
as only 1 year from delivering the first to getting pg with second. This time I've had 6 years for my aged knackered pelvis to recover which seems to have helped.

I have had it with 3 viable pregnancies and each time have gotten it earlier in the pregnancy. Current one was in the first trimester.

Easier said than done but try not to stress and best of luck x
