Help! 33+2 and can no longer lift my non-walking, 2 stone, 13 month old

After any advice really on how to cope, as per title of post.

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and have a 13 month old who now weighs around 2 stone, and who is still not walking.

I am also carrying around an extra 2 stone in weight and it got to the stage this morning where I could not lift her. I'm struggling to put her in the car etc as she is like a dead weight.

Any tips on how to cope or make things easier in this situation?

Might seem like a daft question.
