Hi mrsv I had a positive fft test about 4 weeks ago at 32 weeks, I had to stay in hospital overnight and had steroid injections. I'm 36 weeks now and no sign of baby, it has made the last stage go very slow and everyone is on edge expecting it to happen anyday.

I think they say a negative is alot more accurate than a positive. How many weeks are you?

I am 36+2 now so not worried if baby comes early ( DD1 came at 29 weeks) ) and had positive test on Friday. It's the uncertainty really that's bothering me. I was informed the test was really for a negative result as its accurate to 99% that you arent going to give birth in the next 7 days. The drs said it was likely in the next 14 days but I wondered if this is true
