Hey guys, title says it all really. MC in June at 6 weeks and am now around 4 weeks pregnant once again. I've had a period in between and thats it. I did my second third pregnancy test yesterday and it was the strongest positive I have ever seen so thats giving a tiny amount of hope that little one may stick around this time.

I've been where you are, I had a mmc at 14wks in december, and I'm now 24wks pregnant. Be honest with you mw about your fears and write it in your handheld notes. I've had fantastic care this time and really lovely scans and sonographers who've let us watch the baby for a good amount of time and not do the 'silences' whilst measuring, constantly talking us through.

Not been through it myself, but just wanted to say good luck!! Hopefully everything will be fine, the BFP getting stronger can only be a good thing! Are you able to get a scan before 12 weeks (should be able to see a heartbeat by 7-8 weeks) even if it means paying privately? I know there's still no guarantees, but at least that may make you feel a bit happier and give you a closer date to look forward to? :)

I too had a mmc in december at 9 weeks. i had one period and now I'm 33 weeks. I was very anxious to start with and to be honest I only really started to relax after my 20 week scan. I don't think the worry ever totally goes away but I just wanted to tell you my story so you know that it can be okay.

Hi Dany, I'm in the same boat as you. I mc at 5 weeks 5 days in July, had no period and am now 6 weeks 4 days. Very nervous to say the least but fingers crossed and just relax I guess! x

I think I'm actually 5 weeks on Monday but not too sure. Not 5 weeks literally, as I know I concieved around the 12th? We had sex so much I lost track, sorry tmi a bit there.

It's going to be a long few weeks before i reach the safe zone. At the moment I'm just praying i make it past 6 weeks.

I'm so scared. I can't go through that again.

I second talking to your MW/the medical people you see. We had 3 MCs before I got this one (27 weeks now), and our last was a MMC. When I was back at the 12wk scan, I explained what had happened and they got me up for the scan immediately rather than making me wait to do blood tests, blood pressure etc. they were lovely and did everything they could to make it easier.

Remember, it's the shittest thing in the world to go through, but at this point you still have a 3 in 4 chance everything will be fine. Keep hold of that, the odds are in your favour and it's easy to forget.

We are having a boy to join my now 22 month old DD very soon I am hoping!

I had a mc in Jan 2012 with my 1st pregnancy at about 6wks also. It was devastating & took until the may for us to conceive again. I was so scared up until after the 20wk scan then relaxed a little bit...

This morning, 14wk old DS is asleep on me
