Sore tummy 14 weeks

14 weeks today, is it normal to get a sore tummy occasionally? Had sore tummy- very period pain like in first few weeks, nothing since then, today have some pain low down, not stopping me from doing anything, not severe pain but constant, could it be stretching pains? Seems to make sense it would happen occasionally? Anyone else had this? Thanks

Hi there - 14 weeks too, and I'm getting the achy bump thing as well. For me it's particularly noticeable in the evening when I sit down to relax, so I think it is stretching and growing. I read that the uterus moves upwards in the abdomen about this time.

Thanks, just need a bit of reassurance but feels not enough to call midwife about, it's scary this pregnancy lark!
